Add a "setup date" to the devices

To comply with standards, customers must have access to the commissioning date of each instrument. This functionality was already available in cobas IT 1000 (under "Instrument" > "Instrument assignment").

This should be added to the device details and therefore, a "setup date" column would be visible in the list of instruments.
