Enhance nPOCO 'User Certification History' Report (Headings) to Meet Audit Trail Requirements

The current "User Certification History" report generated in nPOCO lacks necessary details and relevant headings, making it inadequate for customers to and affecting in some of the use as an official audit trail document.

This request is to update the report format to:

• Include all relevant fields and headings, as per customer-proposed specifications (Refer to attachment for examples)

• Ensure the data presentation is comprehensive and clearly labelled to serve as reliable documentation during customer audits.
