Remove TLS 1.0 Dependency for running "Other Reports"

Idea detail description When TLS 1.0 is disabled you will get a generate-reports-error-Http failure for “https://customer_hostname_server/roche/dia/it-solution/reports-gateway/cobasIT1000ReportsService.svc : 401 OK.
