Adding more user information in reports.

Customer ask for an improvement of the Report generated for Instrument History.

In navify POC Operations -> Device management -> Device messages and notes, it is possible to see who is logged in when a device message is generated. However, this information is lost when generating a report. Could we request that this information be included in the report?
