Match/accept results on PID1/VID/PID2 automatically when patient demographics are send post measurement.

We still use the script CITP00079719 MatchResultsOnVisitsPostReception. This does not seem to work for results when 'device patient ID' is mapped to PID2. Can the current script CITP00079719 MatchResultsOnVisitsPostReception be modified to also work with PID2 mapping?

Additionally it would be useful to have those matching 'unreviewed' measurements automatically accepted as wel.
