Mapping patients without demographics always with PA alarm

- Patients with an unknown ID and no demographics (without ADT message) are being mapped with a PN alarm instead of a PA alarm because they are already in the cobas infinity POC database.

- This makes it difficult to distinguish unknown or real patients from those who are truly non-admitted patients (PN Alarm).
