While navify POC Operations serves as the primary middleware for POC management, users frequently need to access related information or execute tasks in other systems, such as:

• The Laboratory Information System (LIS).

• Separate middleware for managing specific devices (e.g., blood gas analyzers).

• Hospital dashboards or maintenance portals.

Currently, users must manually leave nPOCO, open a new browser tab, and navigate or log in to the external system. This fragmented process disrupts the user's workflow and prevents nPOCO from acting as the single pane of glass or centralized POC middleware.

The lack of direct linking increases the time spent managing POC operations across different platforms.
