Match results to other patient IDs than is configured in device configuration

Idea detail description Allow for the device patient ID against a result to be matched with any valid patient ID, not just ID1 or ID2 or ID3, or select multiple patient ID fields to match against (e.g. patient ID 1 and patient ID 3)
