Operator ID or the Operator name in the QC report

In navify POC Operations, the QC report PDF displays only the Operator Name. we have customers requiring the Operator ID (User ID) to be shown on the QC report for clear traceability and audit purposes.

Names are not reliable identifiers because they can change, be duplicated, or be entered inconsistently. Operator ID is typically unique and aligns better with hospital identity systems such as Active Directory and HR records.

Proposed enhancement:

• Add a report configuration setting to choose what to display in QC reports:

  1. Operator ID only

  2. Operator Name only

  3. Operator ID and Operator Name

• Apply consistently to QC report views and PDF exports.

• If Operator ID is not available, show a clear fallback such as “Not available” and still display the name.

• Ensure backward compatibility so current customers see no change unless the option is enabled.
