Enable location-specific automatic discharge in nPOCO, including same-day/0-day discharge

A script (GC-0465323 AutoDischargePatients_V00.pdf) was previously developed to allow individual patient discharge timeframes to be configured by location using the Location – Comment field and the minimum value allowed was 0. Thus specific locations patient could be discharged on the same day.

This functionality is no longer compatible with current versions of navify POC Operations.

Currently, the minimum Patient Class Group I – Timeframe (Days) value for Outpatient is 1 day, which does not allow same-day discharge.

In Support Ticket (ST-00048956) ,the periodicity of the task Patient Cleaner in the Management Portal was explored. Although the task was reconfigured to run every hour, patients are not discharge until the date is older than one day (e.g a VisitID received on 25/01/26 at 00:01 will be automatically discharge until 27/01/26 at 00:00) and not after 24 hours of being admitted.

This can result in excessive patient accumulation at high-volume outpatient locations and cause connected devices to reach their patient list limit.

Please consider providing equivalent native functionality, to support location-specific discharge timeframes, including same-day/0-day discharge.
