Restore functionnality - Add QC Manually

Idea detail description Dear RIS Team, In France, we NEED the feature to add QC Results manually with full traceability. The same feature than before version 3.4. The Driver 'Manual entry module" does not respond to local regulation and Business loss is consequent. Best regards
